D.C., Hawaii Approve of Obama the Most, Utah the Least

That’s according to a Gallup Poll this week that reports the highest approval rating for President Barack Obama is in the District of Columbia (83 percent) followed by Hawaii (63 percent).

Utah, Wyoming and Alaska had the lowest approval ratings for Obama.
