Inouye ‘Recovering’ From Sickness

Sen. Daniel Inouye is on the mend, a spokesman told DC808 on Sunday. 

“The Senator is recovering and kept an active official schedule last week,” Peter Boylan wrote in an email. “He did not miss any votes and looks forward to doing his part to help the Senate complete action on the surface transportation bill on Tuesday.”

Inouye missed a trip to Denver to accept an award because of bronchitis, according to The Denver Post.
