Inouye Sick With Bronchitis, Denver Post Reports

Sen. Daniel Inouye is sick with bronchitis, and skipped a planned trip to Colorado as a result, the Denver Post reported this weekend. 

Inouye was scheduled to accept the Arthur B. Lorber Award for Distinguished Service, which is National Jewish Health’s highest honor. A spokesman for the senator did not immediately reply to DC808’s inquiry about Inouye’s health on Sunday.
